Well, I’m actually sick now. The judge apparently said that the 14 year old girl was at least ‘partially to blame’ and gave the man a 15 year sentence… but suspended all but 31 days. He is serving THIRTY-ONE DAYS FOR A RAPE WHICH (IN)DIRECTLY CAUSED THE DEATH OF A MINOR.
He was her teacher. He was 49. She was 14. She killed herself.
This is fucking sick. This judge needs to be investigated.
THIS. IS. WHY. FEMINISM. IS. FUCKING. IMPORTANT.
